Very Surprised
I was very surprised at just how well these work. I have had a quite nasty pain in my knee for years after running or playing football. Coupled with lack of exercise, i've put on a bit of weight. I went running a few weeks ago in some bog standard cheap shoes in which the sole collapsed after a few uses. I decided to find something that could support my knee in the way of shock absorption, and these do just that.

I recieved these very promptly, ordered on Friday, recieved by Monday on standard delivery. Opened them up, i don't mind how they look compared to other reviews i've read around the internet. I quite like them. So i immediately went out on a run. After hitting the 2 mile mark, my knee usually feels like it's been twisted quite painfully. Not in these however. There isn't really much "spring" and you don't notice anything in regards to it apparently springing you forward (but maybe its happening but not really noticeable), but they are very comfy to run in. Cool looking, very good for heel shock, but heavy bit very well waring, have run for two months in them and still no signs of losing their bounce

Just updating my review - worn for 9 months continual use, eventually the toe has gone through where it creases but thats to be expected, I have probably covered 800 miles in them! Still so comfy right until the end, I am going to get another pair...!
