Great running shoe
I wish i'd tried these earlier, I avoided Nike free run as for a barefoot shoe I would be looking at vivobarefoot, if nike had marketed these less as a barefoot shoe and more of a minimalist shoe I would of probably already been on to my 5th pair. I always expect some discomfort and blistering when I first wear any shoe due to a slightly flat foot, with these they felt so good from the start that I took them out for a quick 4 miles when they arrived with no problem at all, my second run was 11 miles and despite being half a size too small and a touch snug I had no issues with blistering or even hotspots. I have just taken delievry of a pair of 4.0's today in a half size larger and will be taking them for a spin later. Very impressed.

lightweight and very comfortable trainers
When I ordered these trainers, the picture of them was black with a white logo, and in the description did not mention the colour, when they arrived they were green and blue which wasn't what I wanted, however they are very comfortable and arrived very quickly.

Makes running a pleasure!
I was looking for a new pair of minimalist/neutral shoe to try as i currently wear support shoes to help with pronation. I was advised to try these and tried them on in a running shop. They were so comfortable, I went ahead and ordered them. So far I have run about 20 miles over 4 sessions and I can tell you that they are a pleasure to run in. The comfort you feel when running and the cushioning it gives are perfect.
The shoes are light so immediately you notice that you run more naturally. My knee pain has lessened and I feel so much better running that I am looking to get a 2nd pair.

Considering this is a neutral/racing/minimalist shoe and traditionally I have run in support shoes, I think I have found my shoes for the future.

Started with Nike....
Bought the Nike Free Run V3 for a replacement of the Nike trainers that I have worn for the last 7 years. Couldn't believe how light and comfortable they were even on my first run/walk. Colour fabulous but most importantly from the very first step was the level of comfort. I am not a hard core runner so cannot comment on them for that purpose but as a basic comfortable walking/light running shoe they are excellent.
