Amazing trainers!
I've been buying Skechers for a couple of years now so already know that they are excellent quality trainers. I am normally a size 3.5 but bought these in 3 and they fit perfectly. I wore them to the gym straight away and did a step class and half an hour on the treadmill, my feet felt protected and the joints didn't ache at all. Amazing trainers and will continue buying Skechers in the future as I've tried every other brand and none could compare with these. Thankyou Skechers!!!

Different to Shape-Ups, and far prettier.
I'm not knocking my Shape-Ups, as they're great, but admittedly, they aren't the prettiest of trainers, nor are they the lightest. These are pretty similar in function, though they're easier to walk in, as they are flatter overall and you don't need to learn to walk in them. However, it's worth noting that the sole isn't flat underneath, but 'domed' at both the front and the back, so you do balance a bit weirdly until you get used to them.

I got these in a UK 5 in pink, and the sizing is generous, with plenty of space around the toe. They come with both grey and pink laces, and the pink is a shade of 'shocking pink', so perfect for those of us who love girly stuff. They are quite a lot lighter than Shape Ups, though those are perfect for when you're on your feet for ages.

Gorgeous and comfy
I am a huge fan of skechers and since they started shape-ups and tone-ups I wear nothing else. For those familiar with the technology, these feel very different, much more spongy and the instability pods do cause instability, they are lovely and soft and comfy inside though. For those not familiar it all started with MBTs which is based on the way a barefoot Masai tribe walk, heel to toe rolling your sole. MBTs are to be honest a bit ugly, skechers are not! Size wise although they are a less bulky style running trainer, they are very roomy inside especially around the toe so no rubbing, I'm a 6 and its a lovely fit. I got the white and pink pair, the pictures don't really do it justice, I was a bit dubious how they would look (got them on a lightening deal so wasn't looking for them specifically), but was delighted when I opened the box. LOVE these trainers. SO comfy to wear shopping around town or going for a walk. Not sure if they ACTUALLY toned me up or not, but a very comfy shoe to wear.
