I love MBT shoes and find they suit my high arch. I particularly love these shoes as they are neater and smarter than my MBT trainers and are therefore more suitable for work. I find it very difficult to find comfortable footwear and have suffered from painful plantar fasciitis in the last year or so. I have no pain whatsoever when wearing these shoes and cannot therefore praise them enough. I am normally a 5.5 and as my trainers tend to be on the large size thought that I could get away with a size 5. I however found the 5 too small and returned them for a 6.
