Disappointing
I was disappointed with these MBT's, as I have been wearing MBT's now for 4 years. I had ordered a size 4, which I normally wear, but far to big. I really think that if you need a pair in the shoe department try on in a shop first for fit and then order. The sandals would probably not be a problem but be careful of the shoes.
I would say that Amazon returns service is excellent and if your not able to see in shop, go ahead and order with Amazon, as you can return with no quibble :)

My favourite shoes
I have several pairs of MBTs by now. These are the second pair of this model that I own. I wear them constantly.
They're my absolute favourite, very comfortable and great all-round shoes for wearing with jeans.
MBT are much better quality than Sketchers Shape Ups.

A quality product
I wear MBTs all the time and am a new person since I did so. My back has stopped aching and my knees are good as new. They take a little time to get used to as they have a rounded sole which makes the wearer rock (to balance) and they tone up tummy muscles too. My posture is better and I feel a whole lot younger than I did previously. Unfortunately, I had to send this particular pair back as I had foolishly duplicated a pair I already own - that process was easy and the money was back in my account in a couple of days. The one downside of wearing MBTs (I have recently found) is that I can't keep still to pipe icing on cakes and have had to revert to standard trainers for this. If you are suffering with painful feet, sore knees or a bad back I would recommend giving these a try - if you aren't suffering I would still recommend them as a preventative measure.

Fabulous!
I love MBT shoes and find they suit my high arch. I particularly love these shoes as they are neater and smarter than my MBT trainers and are therefore more suitable for work. I find it very difficult to find comfortable footwear and have suffered from painful plantar fasciitis in the last year or so. I have no pain whatsoever when wearing these shoes and cannot therefore praise them enough. I am normally a 5.5 and as my trainers tend to be on the large size thought that I could get away with a size 5. I however found the 5 too small and returned them for a 6. If like me you have problem feet, these shoes may just change your life! They are worth every penny!
