Boots have Vibram soles which are supposed to be hardwearing but these have worn unevenly very quickly. They lasted a couple of months before they leak as soon as it rains. Warranty is worthless.

Didn't even need broken in!
Bought these to break in gently as I needed a pair to replace the running shoe I had worn for a 26 mile moonwalk. Needed something sturdier for a coastal trek but not as heavy as a walking boot. Expected to have to do lots of short walks alternating with my well broken in running shoes but first day did 6 miles and second day did 16 miles in them . No breaking in required-not a blister in sight. I bought a size bigger to accommodate my wide feet. Very light. very pleased!

Great light walking shoe
This is the second pair of siren breeze I have purchased and would never consider any other make or type than these. They are so light and comfortable. I do go for a size 6 rather than the 5 I normally am as I like the room to put thick socks on when its cold and, just tighten them up when wearing thin socks. I have walked miles in rain and my feet have stayed dry.
My last pair lasted 2 years when the top of the shoe started opening just right of the lacing however, i have walked miles and miles in them and therefore, would expect them to need replacing every 2 years.

Most comfortable ever
I do such a lot of walking that footwear has become almost an obsession. When you're contending with so many other things on a hike or hill walk, the last thing you want is to be fretting about sore feet. Last year I bought the walking shoe sister to these boots and after some getting used to the QForm insole (and I won't deny my feet DID have to accustom themselves) they have proved to be the best ever; comfortable & stylish looking to boot (pun intended). To invest in these boots therefore seemed a no brainer. I've just come back from a hike when I wore them three days straight & they have fully lived up to expectation. Great.

Very comfortable
I love these boots, they are very light and extremely comfortable. I can walk miles in them however they are not completely waterproof as they are supposed to be. The first pair I sent back as I presumed I must have a faulty pair but these are the same. Even after waterproof spraying they are not as good as my goretex pair and my feet are a bit wet after walking accross the wet grass on the park. Lovely boots but just not great on very wet days.
