Main features includes, personal heel fit for snug fit around the heel and prevent slippage. Solyte midsole provide amazing cushioning which also help absorb impact. Improvements have also been made to the weight, now just 316 grams, even with it's improvements, it's lighter than its predecessor. The New updates include: A sleeker profile while maintained its plush and stable cushioning. A lighter in weights than previous version. A heel clutching system which provide a better support and fit. Modification of rear and forefoot GEL. More efficiency in the new full length guidance line that promotes a natural, efficient gait.

Good trainers
They'r good, you can feel the difference asa soon as you wear them but on the inside of the legs they are not v well finished and you can get nice blisters if you run more than 5 miles. I'm still thinking what to do to adjust them :))

An ok neutral running shoe
I am a fan of the Asics Nimbus and have used it for a good number of years now. This model feels smaller and less cushioned than previous models. Friends who have also bought the model 14 have expressed similar views about it. I have been able to run in previous models straight out of the box but this pair has needed a little breaking in. Furthermore, this is the first Asic shoe to give me blisters. The cushioning feels firm and no different to my old model 13's that have been pounded. In all, I am disappointed with these and would advise runners requiring a neutral shoe to try these on before buying them.
