nice sandshoes
When i was growing up, sandshoes (now called trainers for some reason) where a bit of a status symbol. i was a flower child and so converse where fairly popular. i had the baseball boots, you know the canvas ones with a big logo on them and now that i am old and tired, i wanted to relive my hippy youth and get another pair. however, my feet won't tolerate just plain canvas. so, i bought these leather ones as they are also padded. smart looking. Pity we didn't have much of a summer. i got very little use out of them. Brilliant white when i got them and so they stood out a bit too much for me until wear and grime subdued the colour a bit. comfortable, well made, nice blue sole so people notice them etc. worth having.
