My husband needed a good sturdy and lightweight walking shoe for everyday use and this Karrimor Bodmin walking shoe fit the bill. It's a nice wide fit which was comfortable from the first use (no having to "wear" it in) and being "weathertite" an added extra, though of course as it is made from suede leather, there are sprays available to keep the shoe waterproof. This was bought on the basis of other reviews and it has so far lived up to all expectations of being a great everyday walking shoe, without paying a lot of money.
