Great shoe but watch out for blisters!
It may be my idiosyncratic ankles but after walking some miles on holiday in France in these cool and comfortable shoes I soon developed blisters on my heel.
Looking at the cause I saw that the back heel of the shoe curves sharply upward and inward and rubs the skin as you walk. Also for some reason there are 'wings' either side of the Achilles tendon area which are uncomfortable. I had to cut these off and lower the top of the heel section before I could wear them again. Perhaps some redesign is necessary.

Great shoes beware of sizing though
These are fantastic shoes as other reviewers can attest to but beware of sizing issues. Because of the way they are built they end up being a size smaller than the average (oddly this contradicts two other reviewers but this seems to be a Merrell-wide issue).
Great shoes but remember to buy one size larger than usual!
