Good cushioning for concrete
I had a lower leg injury where my left leg would lock up under my gastroc muscle, probably caused by weak muscles all over the leg and the impacts from running on concrete. I switched to these shoes from a pair of Brooks. There is more cushioning in the heel and midfoot which means I can now run longer and with little stiffness/pain, the stiffness has almost all gone in a very short time. I seem to be able to land midfoot with these more easily, and my running form feels better, I feel like I'm gliding along.
