I bought these last year and have worn them out so seeked out to buy a pair identical, they've got slight support in the arch, not as built up as some (such as adidas supernova which ive worn in the past) but enough for a slight pronation, i would advise getting a size up, im a size 6, i buy 7.5 to allow for swelling and avoid bruising and toe nail loss!!!

Love them! They're really comfortable and supportive, even for wearing on a day to day basis. The sole can get a bit slippy when wet though! I have slightly flat feet and they are by far the most supportive trainer I've owned to date.

Great trail trainers
Arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I really like these trainers - I had an extreme race the week after they arrived through streams and rivers and they managed to keep my feet reasonably dry. Also did half marathon today on roads and they fared very well with no problems at all. Would recommend, about my fifth pair of Brooks trainers!

Good but not as good as the previous series (Now that makes me sound old)
Arived as per plan, I literaly took them out of the box and ran a multi teraine marathon in them with no blisters or foot problums, for that I am greatful.
Having used them since I belive that the tread pattern is not so good on mud amd slime (then againg this year the quality of mud and slime has been exerlent).
On the whole I would rate them suitable for tracks and trails and summer culitivated land use, Not a all season off roader

Been running with Adrenaline GTS for 3 years now, increasing off road trail whenever I can resulting in lack of grip and very damp feet. These have worked a treat so far with muddy and chalky routes navigated no problem with stability and comfort of Tarmac cousins.

Brooks Adrenaline Gtx Trainers - Brilliant
I have been running for more years than I dare to remember and for the last 6 years I have always used Brooks Adrenaline Gts trainers. They provide the support I need and fit like a pair of slippers. In previous years I have run year round in these which results in cold wet feet when out in the winter, especially when out with the dog. This winter I needed to replace my trainers and I noticed for the 1st time that Brooks do this Gtx version which has Gore-tex uppers. What a transformation. I can now run for an hour with the dog over all types of terrain in all weather conditions and my feet stay dry and warm. You can also hose the mud off when you return whilst still wearing them as the Gore-tex membrane upper is 100% waterproof. I can't recommend these trainers highly enough, a must buy in my opinion.

Brilliant!

Great for the flat footed!
I must say that I am now a converted fan to Brooks trainers. I have both these for the Summer trail running and the GTXs for the winter. Although to be fair, I've worn the GTXs in 35 degrees and not suffered from sweaty feet, so perhaps I shouldn't have invested in two pairs!

These are by far the most comfortable trainers for those who are mildly flat footed. They fit like a gloove and are supportive in the arch. They are well cushioned and I have not found them to rub anywhere at all.

Great even for day to day wear. Highly recommended!
