Once I had got used to the slightly garish purple colour, I must say I am growing to love these trainers as much as the GT2150's that I have finally persuaded myself to throw away. They saw me through a couple of marathons and the associated training, without so much as a blister. So the GT2170'a have a lot to live up to. They also need to get me through the New York Marathon in November. After a bit of a rocky start, whereby I had a massive blister on each heel after a long walk in the trainers (my own fault for not wearing them to the gym first) I now find them very comfortable and this week managed 15 miles with barely a mark on my feet afterwards. The cushioning works well for comfort and to help support you while improving your posture. Highly recommended.
